Moira worked in advertising and publishing for 14 years in New Zealand, starting in newspapers, then moving to magazines as Advertising Manager on the hugely successful magazine title, NZ House & Garden. Following this she was appointed manager of the Lifestyle magazine division for Fairfax NZ. Moira came to Australia (another Kiwi on Australian shores) as Marketing Manager for Gordon & Gotch before setting up The Media Company in 2000. At weekends she (attempts) to learn French, and also dabbles in interior design.

Lisa Crowle
General Manager - Melbourne
Lisa started her career in radio sales then moved to London where she completed a media planning/buying traineeship with global agency D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles. After 3 years she returned to the Melbourne office of DMB&B as a group head. Taking time off to have a family, she then returned the media department working as a TV buyer, and most recently has worked in boutique media buying and full service advertising agencies. After almost 9 years with The Media Company she has become an honorary Kiwi!

Tracey Day (Douglas)
Sales Manager
After finishing High School Tracey worked to save enough money to take her to the UK and Europe where she spent 2 years living, working and travelling. After returning to Australia she spent a few years in general sales before deciding to make a move to the bright lights of media! Tracey is now the sales manager and looks after Brisbane and Sydney clients for The Media Company.

Kristin Thyne
Finance Manager
Kristin moved to Magnetic Island (Townsville) from Auckland New Zealand 10 years ago after gaining a string of business, financial and administrative knowledge through her experience running the family business. This vast knowledge was put to good use during her time on Magnetic Island assisting her husband develop his IT Support Company. The lack of department stores nearby led Kristin to move with her family to sydney where she developed a client base of small business owners, assisting them with all their administrative and financial requirements. She now fronts our Finance Department and is the "go to" lady for all administrative issues.
